Take Your Only Child to Work Day. Introduced nationwide in 1980, China's One-Child Policy was intended to slow rapid population growth and ease pressure on the country's economy and resources. While it contributed to decades of lower birth rates, it also accelerated population aging, shrank the working-age population, and created a pronounced gender imbalance due to a cultural preference for sons. Today, these demographic pressures are straining China's economy, social welfare systems, and long-term growth despite the policy's repeal. They also pose growing challenges for the Chinese military, which must recruit from a smaller pool of young adults while balancing the political and social risks associated with casualties among many families' only children.

Even if you didn't make it to Take Your Only Child to Work Day, you can stay cool, dry, and confident even during the most intense activities in this unisex performance crew neck t-shirt. Made from premium, moisture-wicking fabric with odor resistance, stain release, and UV protection, this shirt’s perfect for going to the gym, playing sports, hiking, or any other activity.

• This product is available only in the US, except for US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
• Please note that the prints on the t-shirt may have variations in texture and appearance. This is due to a natural byproduct of the printing process called glycol, a nearly-clear glossy substance that may give the print a shinier appearance where present. Glycol is water-soluble/miscible, so washing the garment will easily remove it.
• Due to the heat press used in the printing process, there may be some shading around the print area on darker-colored t-shirts. We recommend washing the garment to help mitigate any temporary color changes caused by the heat press.
